I sincerely thank Giridhar Sridhar for the excellent coaching he has provided me last year. I approached Giri for career counselling and my experience with him is very positive. I compare Giri’s coaching method to guided meditation.
First, Giri made me walk through my career journey and helped me contemplate on it. He listens and keeps asking questions here and there while we narrate the journey. They lead us to new directions to focus on. In this guided thought process, I discovered blind alleys and realized what went right or wrong earlier and how I am doing presently, and thereby developed an understanding on what I can do better. The beauty of this process is that it felt like I was doing this journey all by myself, while Giri stood by watching me with a smile. This tells me that Giri has transformed his coaching method into a subtle art form.
Once I gained a better perspective on my career journey, Giri made me contemplate on the possible new directions to take and helped me to layout a clear path for future. By the end of the sessions, I felt like my headlights are finally on.
His pleasant and empathetic nature, coupled with his passion for it, makes Giri adept at coaching. He spent at least a five hundred hours in coaching by the time I met him. I consider it a privilege to know Giri and get an opportunity to have him as a coach.
