I have known Sridhar Giridhar (Giri) closely for the past 8 years and found him to be an excellent coach with a natural flair and expertise to build a connection with his clients. I had the privilege of being coached by Giri and I found the experience very rewarding. What impressed me the most is his ability to build trust and intimacy which enabled me to open up.
It is pertinent to note that Giri has effortlessly managed to avoid our friendship coming in the way of effective coaching conversations. He maintained his presence throughout the coaching sessions. I was quite fascinated with the way he was listening and asking probing questions without being too intrusive. Giri was able to spot the energy shifts in me and he could help me explore further to guide me clear the blocks in front of me.
He was showing empathy, support and concern for me as a client. His usage of pause and silence was very effective which helped in my thought process not getting interrupted. Giri was effortlessly employing coaching tools and techniques during our coaching sessions which I found very impactful.
Giri has a uniquely pleasant and clear coaching style which he has perfected by using his rich experience in senior positions in various reputable MNCs. His ability to listen, showing empathy, mastery in facilitation and soft but sure approach make him a masterful coach.
I have no doubt in Giri adding great value to his clients by unearthing their true potential as also by evoking awareness and giving clarity. I happily recommend him as an effective coach for senior leaders. I wish him every success in his coaching journey.
